How to Use
From form → to signature

Create Signature generates table-based, inline-styled HTML for best compatibility. Preview updates live — and you can test links directly (phone/email/maps/social).

1) Fill the fields

Open Builder and enter your name, title, company, phone, email, website and (optional) logo URL. If you provide a logo URL, it will appear on the left of your contact details.

2) Pick a template

Choose a template from the Template dropdown. Free templates are available in the Free plan. Pro templates are visible but locked unless you upgrade.

3) Choose output languages (optional)

The Builder UI is in English. For your signature output you can choose two languages at the same time: Primary + Secondary.

Tip: If you only need one language, set Secondary to None.

4) Test the preview (recommended)

The preview updates automatically as you type. Click items in the preview to test:

  • Phone → starts a call (tel:)
  • Email → opens a new message (mailto:)
  • Address → opens Google Maps search
  • Social icons → open the corresponding profile

5) Save as HTML (the easiest workflow)

Click Save as HTML. A file named signature.html will download.

  1. Open signature.html in your browser (Chrome / Edge / Safari).
  2. Press Ctrl+A (Windows) or ⌘A (Mac) to select all.
  3. Press Ctrl+C or ⌘C to copy.
  4. Paste into your email client’s signature editor.
Why this method? Many clients behave better when copying rendered HTML from a browser page, instead of pasting code into a text editor.

Gmail (Web)

Gmail → Settings (⚙) → See all settingsGeneralSignatureCreate new → paste your signature → scroll down → Save Changes.

Outlook (Windows desktop)

Outlook → FileOptionsMailSignatures… → New / Edit → paste → Save.

Outlook (Mac)

Outlook → SettingsSignatures → create or edit a signature → paste → Save.

Outlook (iOS / Android)

Mobile Outlook signature editors may remove formatting, tables, or external images. For the best result:

  • Create the signature on desktop (Gmail/Outlook), then let Outlook mobile use the same account signature.
  • If you must set it on mobile, keep it simple (no logo, minimal icons) and test by sending yourself an email.
Important: Some clients strip external images/icons. If that happens, use a simpler template or host assets on a trusted domain.

Logo tips

Use a transparent PNG/WebP when possible. Keep the file size small for faster loading.

Recommended: 180–260px wide for most logos. Very wide logos can look oversized in email clients.

Social icons

Icons appear only for fields you fill in. Each icon is clickable and opens your profile in a new tab.

  • LinkedIn
  • X (Twitter)
  • Facebook
  • Telegram
  • Instagram
  • WhatsApp
  • WeChat (optional)

Privacy

This starter kit stores the plan state / membership key in localStorage only. No form data is sent anywhere by default.

Compatibility notes

  • Output is table + inline styles (email-client safe).
  • Some clients may ignore rounded corners or certain CSS properties.
  • Always send yourself a test email to verify the final look.
